Cancellation

If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide 24-hours notice. If you are unable to provide 24-hours notice, we may need to charge you for the full cost of the booked service.

Running Late?

Life-happens—we get it. If you are running late, please call the salon to let us know. This allows us to adjust our stylists’ schedule to provide the best possible experience for you, our team and our other guests. While we will always do our best to accommodate you, if you are running more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

Gratuity

Enjoyed your appointment? Offering gratuity is the perfect way to make sure your stylist knows. Please note that gratuities are not included in any treatment prices.

Gift Cards

Please note that gift cards are not transferable, may not be returned, and may not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards are valid for 12 months after issue date.

Payment

We accept cash, personal checks and all major credit and debit cards. Service prices are subject to change without notice.
